HAVANA TIMES – The Cuban regime insists on the narrative that the centrally “planned economy” is the best way to develop the country. However, the result of decades of such a planned economy has been only one: poverty.
The crisis in Cuba worsens, the State increasingly abandons the responsibilities it claims to uphold, and people sink further into misery.
